Terms of sale

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms govern the sales made on Scaffold. They must be accepted before any payment.

1. Seller

The service is published and sold by [Company name, legal form, share capital, registered office, trade register and company number, EU VAT number]. Contact: [adresse email de contact].

2. Offers and prices

Creating a site in the studio is free. The paid offers are:

  • Site hosting and maintenance: €15 excl. tax per month or €150 excl. tax per year.
  • Site source code: €249 excl. tax, one-off payment.
  • Code retrieval for a site already hosted: €99 excl. tax, one-off payment.

[VAT: state the applicable regime.] The price including taxes is shown before payment is confirmed. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one shown when ordering, and any price change for a subscription is announced before its renewal.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made by card or by the methods offered on Stripe's secure payment page. The order is confirmed when payment is received; an invoice is available in your account.

4. Hosting and maintenance

  • The site goes online once payment is confirmed.
  • Maintenance covers [scope to be defined: security updates, backups, availability, support].
  • The subscription renews automatically at each term, monthly or yearly.
  • You can cancel it at any time from your account ("Manage billing"); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded.

5. Failed payment

If a renewal payment fails, the site stays online for 14 days so the payment method can be updated. After that, it is suspended (offline). After 30 days suspended without an active subscription, it is archived. A payment puts the site back online.

6. Source code

Buying the code gives access to the site's code as it was at the time of purchase, downloadable from your account for 30 minutes per export. Later changes to the site require a new purchase. [Licence: state the rights of use and modification granted to the customer.]

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

  • Hosting: you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. If you asked for the site to go online before that period ends, the amount for the service already provided remains due.
  • Source code: this is digital content supplied immediately. By asking for delivery before the withdrawal period ends, you expressly waive this right (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).

To withdraw, write to [adresse email de contact]. Refunds are made within 14 days, with the payment method used.

8. Liability

You are responsible for the content published on your site (texts, images, trademarks). We take reasonable measures to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. [Limitation of liability to be defined.]

9. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, contact us first; a consumer may also use a consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator name and contact details]. Failing agreement, the courts with jurisdiction are those set by law.
