Restored stone by stone, the Bastide des Palmiers has kept its terracotta tiles, blue shutters and grand staircase. Six bedrooms, a one-hectare park and a fifteen-metre pool.
The Golden Isles are a boat ride from Hyères harbour, ten minutes away. A Provençal chef can cook for you three evenings a week.
